  Lived in New Zealand for 10 years and graduated from the University of New Zealand. Upon graduating, joined AOI Pro. and produced many overseas projects as a bilingual producer utilizing his global knowledge and vast network of connections. Founded Y’s Inc. in April of 2018.

  Taro Iwato

  Joined AOI Pro. upon graduating university. Built his career as a production manager and producer. Produced various content mainly for commercials. Has extensive experience with overseas projects along with Japanese talent and automobile related projects. Joined Y’s Inc. in February of 2020.

  Teppei Yoshihara

  Joined AOI Pro. after working for a publishing company. Produced numerous projects mainly focused around motion pictures but also including spatial designs, graphics, digitals, events, and more. After 13 years of experience as a production manager, producer, and executive producer at AOI Pro., left the company and founded Y’s Inc. in April of 2018.

  Moved to Tokyo from Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, China as a university student. After graduation, she worked for a TV station, a production company, and wandered the world for 3 years before returning to Japan. After that, she worked for a venture video company, a foreign production company, and is currently still working for a post-production company.Trilingual in Chinese, Japanese, and English.

  Masayuki Shiobara

  After graduating from university, joined HAT Co., Ltd. and worked as a production manager, producing video content such as commercials, websites, and music videos. Regardless of the scale of the project, always produced high quality output and won domestic and international advertising awards. After working as an AP, a producer and joined Y's Inc. in September 2021.

  Alex Witmer

  Moved to LA from Tokyo in 2009. Upon graduating university, worked on advertisement production along with coordination and interpretation jobs for Japanese clients. Returned to Tokyo in 2019 and continued working on overseas projects in both the film production and event production industries. Joined Y’s Inc. in April of 2020.

  Sean Reyes

  Relocated from Tokyo to New York in 2011. Began production work while also working as an actor. Returned to Tokyo in 2018 and continued working on overseas projects in both the film production and event production industries. Joined Y’s Inc. in April of 2020.

  Joined a film production group called “Tokyo New Cinema” as a board member upon graduating university. Contributed on a variety of levels from planning, production, to distribution. Received various awards and recognition from both domestic and international film festivals. Joined Y’s Inc. in August of 2018.

  Joined Attic Promotion Co., Ltd., upon graduating university. Built a career as an account executives, planning and executing various PR and event contents. Joined Y's inc. in January of 2021.

  After graduating from university, worked as a freelance production manager for TV dramas. Mainly involved in the production of gourmet dramas as a production manager. While in college, worked part time for a year at Y's Inc. Joined Y's Inc. in January 2023.

  Joined IMAGICA in 2006. Beginning his career as an assistant and eventually becoming an online editor for many commercials, web related content, and motion picture projects. Utilizing his knowledge and experience of over 10 years and looking ahead to new opportunities in a different field. Joined Y’s Inc. in June of 2020.
